- Wrong Product: If a wrong product has been dispatched to you and incase that a product does not match the item Orders by Customer (Unboxing Video Required)
- Manufacturing Defect: If there is a manufacturing defect on the received product (Video Required)
- Damaged Condition: If the product is received in a damaged condition (Unboxing Video Required)
- Wrong Contact Information: in case of Wrong Address and Wrong Contact Number or email id provided by customer and Courier company fails to deliver the Product then No Refund will be issued. In Case of product which received back to us in original conditon in RTO then shipping charges for both side will be deducted. In case of broken product received in RTO then no refund will be generated.

In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason Please writes to us at email@example.com within 12 hours of ordering and we will be happy to assist you. Same day/Fixed time delivery orders Under the Categories Like (Cakes & Flowers) cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. If the order has already been dispatched, order cancellation is not allowed.
In the case of breakage or any in-transit damage, please send unboxing video of the product within 12 hours of delivery to our email firstname.lastname@example.org and the needful shall be done immediately.
C) WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered is different from what you had ordered (unboxing video), you must immediately lodge a complaint with us on Chat support or its email email@example.com. You may return the product unused, and in the same (unused) condition as you have received it, in its original packaging along with original contents (with all accessories) for refund or an exchange, within 24hrs from the date on which these goods are delivered. Our support shall get in touch with you to explain the return pickup process.
In case of returns excluding the above three reasons we will be refunding you the amount of the bought product after taking out the freight / Shipping Cost–
- Domestic Shipping (India)- 0-500 gm - Rs. 75/-, 500-999 gm - Rs. 150/--, 1Kg-2KG -Rs. 250/-, 2kg above– Rs 250+Rs 125 per Additional KG.
- International Shipping- Only product Cost will be refunded after deducting shipping cost

How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?
After the refund has been initiated as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines:

Please note, satvikworld.com initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, and after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to a satvikstore.in warehouse. Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Saturday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
For International Orders we use DHL express and most orders are delivered within 5-7 working days from the date of dispatch across the globe subjected to custom clearance.
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
